Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the NeoHireX platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by them.

By accessing or using NeoHireX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

NeoHireX provides an AI-powered hiring operating system including candidate management, AI interviews, resume processing, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
The platform is provided on a subscription basis with features determined by your selected plan and enterprise agreement.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
AI-generated outputs are assistive in nature and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable employment, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the NeoHireX platform.
You agree not to use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

All rights, title, and interest in the NeoHireX platform - including software, AI models, trademarks, and documentation - are owned by NeoHireX AI Intelligence.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant NeoHireX a license to process this data solely to provide the services.
Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by NeoHireX to improve the platform without obligation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoHireX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
NeoHireX is not liable for hiring decisions made using AI-generated recommendations. Final decisions remain with the customer.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. NeoHireX may suspend access immediately for material breach.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
