Autonomous hiring automation — your hiring operation on autopilot, human override everywhere.
NeoHireX's Autopilot mode lets the Auto agent make operational decisions, submitting candidates, scheduling interviews, reassigning jobs, based on configurable confidence thresholds. Every action is reversible, logged, and attributable.
Real automation. Not just reminders.
Autopilot is not a notification system. It acts. When confidence thresholds are met, Auto submits the candidate, schedules the interview, or reassigns the job, without waiting for a recruiter to click a button. Every action is logged, explained, and reversible within a configurable window.
Autonomous Candidate Submissions
When a candidate scores above the configured threshold on both resume ranking and AI interview, Auto submits them to the next stage automatically. Recruiter notified. Undo available for 30 minutes.
Interview Scheduling
Auto schedules AI interviews for newly applied candidates based on role configuration. No recruiter input required. Every schedule is logged and cancellable from the pipeline view.
Job Reassignment
When Scale detects recruiter overload, Auto reassigns jobs to available team members based on capacity rules. Configurable as automatic or requiring manager approval before execution.
Autonomous. Not uncontrolled.
Every Autopilot action is governed by a safety architecture designed to keep humans in control of the decisions that matter, while eliminating friction from the ones that don't.
Confidence Thresholds
Every Autopilot action type has a configurable confidence threshold. If a candidate scores 85+, Auto acts. If they score 84, it waits for recruiter review. You set the bar for every action type independently.
Human Review Safeguards
High-stakes actions - such as advancing a candidate to the Offer stage - are always held for human review, regardless of confidence score. Autopilot handles speed; humans handle judgment.
Undo Window
Every Autopilot action has a configurable undo window (default: 30 minutes). Recruiters can reverse any autonomous action within that window without any data loss or candidate disruption.
Full Audit Log
Every Autopilot action is logged - what triggered it, what confidence score was present, which agent executed it, and when. Complete accountability for every autonomous decision in the system.
Configurable per action type
Each action type has its own threshold, undo window, and notification settings, giving you full granular control over what the AI does autonomously and what it surfaces for human review.
- Interview scheduling threshold
- Stage advancement threshold
- Job reassignment trigger conditions
- Communication send thresholds
- Undo window duration per action
- Notification recipients per action type
Transparent about what the AI handles and what stays human.
✓ What Autopilot automates
- Scheduling AI interviews for new applicants
- Submitting high-scoring candidates to next stage
- Redistributing jobs when recruiter capacity is exceeded
- Sending candidate status update communications
- Triggering offer workflow when interview stage completes
✗ What Autopilot never does
- Create or approve offers without human authorization
- Move a candidate to Joined stage automatically
- Delete candidate records or override manual decisions
- Send external communications without template approval
- Take any action that bypasses role-based permissions
